COURSE OBJECTIVES: |
The Course will try to discuss how computer simulation technology can be utilised in integrating the professionals in the design and decision making process. This discussion will lead the students beyond using the computer technology as merely a presentation medium, but rather as a decision - making work platform as an extension of the human mind. CAD-CAM technologies (Computer Aided Design & Management), Virtual Reality, Video Conferenceing, and the Internet will be discussed in problem - based studio workshops, which will lead students to develop a final report. GRADING: |
Two Mid Term examinations will be averaged and affect the grade by 50 %. Final exam will be the 50 % of the resulting grade.
